EPUAP Starting Grants 2023
The EPUAP Research Committee opens a new call for proposals for the 2023 Starting grant. The fund is intended to provide seed funding to support promising early career researchers (including PhD students and post-docs) in developing novel research ideas in the field of pressure ulcer management and prevention that will go on to form part of a larger grant. Collaborative projects between clinical academic teams are encouraged but not mandatory.
The proposal will clearly indicate the objectives of the project, its originality and its exploratory nature. The proposal will also indicate the expected duration of the study and the use of the proposed credits. The funding is available only for EPUAP members. The funded researcher will be requested to submit an abstract for the EPUAP annual meeting. Successful applicants will be promoted on the EPUAP website and social media.
The EPUAP Starting Grant will offer up to €7 000 per project for 12-, 18-, or 24-month projects.
